Superb Stay with Amazing Views
magnificent groundsseparate sinkshelpful staff
I found the hotel grounds magnificent. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel also had three pools on the premises. The staff was always happy to help, which i am grateful for.
I observed some signs of wear and tear in the room.

The staff greeted their guests with a smile. They were always willing to help no matter what.. The buggy service was excellent. The drivers helped us around a hilly setting.

The food options were plentiful at both breakfast and dinner. The Bellavista restaurant had excellent and varied food. There was more than suitable food for vegetarians.

The hotel is located 30m above sea level. This location offers views over Mirabello Bay. There is a 10 mins walk from the centre.

The hotel has three pools on the premises. The gym has equipment available. The spa provided relaxing massages, I especially enjoyed the treatments from Deppie and Evi.

the beautiful room with sea view we had booked for 6 nights offered a amazing view. i found several beautiful spots to practice yoga. the staff are very friendly and helpful. eleni at the hotel reception, made a fantastic first impression.
the all-inclusive options were not great VALUE. only certain cocktails and drinks are included, requiring extra payments for bottled water. the snacks were practically nonexistent.

the pools look lovely and clean. the overall layout of the hotel appears well designed.

The reception staff answered questions patiently. the buggy service seemed effective for navigating the hilly terrain. the drivers were helpful and polite. They ensured EVERYONE could move around the resort, a plus.

the hotel has a magnificent location with fine views. it is situated a short walk from the town center. i could get into the center easily, made exploring convenient.

our room featured air conditioning for climate control. the room had a big balcony. i admired the sea view from there. the rooms are well maintained.

The room included two TVs, a fridge, and beverage facilities. I found complimentary sandwiches and fruit upon my late arrival. There was also a lovely bottle of wine. I enjoyed the bellavista restaurant, where food variety was excellent for both breakfast and dinner.
Filling the soap was sometimes insufficient.
